Initial stability
The Puros Accugraft ALIF Allograft System features a unique horseshoe-shaped cortical graft that easily slips into the distracted area and sits directly on cortical bone, providing anterior column support.

Long-term fusion
A cancellous block core slides into the graft’s anterior opening for direct cancellous-to-cancellous contact providing a fusion lattice.

1. Endplate-sparing design
   The graft’s dome shape limits endplate removal, thus minimizing subsidence. The 8° lordotic angle of the graft maintains lumbar lordosis.
   

The Puros Accugraft ALIF Allograft System is processed using the proprietary Tutoplast^®process and in accordance with the quality standards of the American Association of Tissue Banks.
